ROSENBORG CASTLE, 12 ROYAL PORTRAIT PAINTINGS

2012

In 2012, the Remmen Foundation gave a donation to help the Royal Guards with the conservation and restoration of 12 royal portrait painting of Danish Kings. The paintings are all hanging in the barracks of the Royal Life Guards in Copenhagen next to Rosenborg Castle.

THE REMMEN FOUNDATION

The Remmen Foundation (Remmen’s Stiftung von 1986) was founded by Henning Remmen in 1986. Originally, the purpose of the Foundation was to operate a variety of commercial activities centered around hotels.
